Flexible Spending Program
We believe homeschooling should work for families, not the other way around. For families living in home education scholarship states, we offer a flexible spending program that provides a debit card for each student. No need to write individual curriculum for each item. One learning plan at the beginning of the year and you are set to go. No more waiting for supplies!
Learn how to sign up below.
01
Select your level of spending
Your student's debit card will be loaded with funds based on the tuition package you select.
02
Request an invoice
Under Arizona ESA guidelines, private school tuition must be paid via Classwallet Vendor Pay. Please fill out a form for each student to receive an invoice.
03
Create Student Profile
Once your invoice has been paid, you will be prompted to create a student profile in our learning management system. Instructions will be provided in the follow up email after you request your invoice.

While you are in the learning management system, check out the other courses we offer!
04
Onboarding
The access code to the onboarding course is provided after we receive your payment. During onboarding, we will also assign a virtual card for the student to start using immediately. A physical card will arrive in the mail in about a week.
Program Requirements
Have a Learning Plan on File
In order to receive a debit card, each student must have a learning plan on file. The learning plan is your homeschool plan! What does your student want to learn? What are your goals?

The plan is flexible and can be altered throughout the year to accommodate a student's changing needs and interests.
Spend within Allowable Categories
School supplies, field trips, extracurriculars, tutors and so much more! We have a comprehensive list of what is allowed so you won't be guessing on your purchases.

Strictly disallowed: restaurants, gambling, alcohol, entertainment.

See handbook for clarification.
Progress Monitoring
As the school of record, FlexFit will monitor student progress through the use of quarterly assessments. The assessment is on the computer and covers math and language arts topics. It takes about 20 minutes.
Parents may request an alternative assessment at an additional fee if the digital assessment is not a good fit for the student.
Submit Receipts
Submitting receipts is easy. When you swipe the debit card to make a purchase, you will get a text asking you to reply with a picture of the receipt. Add the related subject in the memo line and you are all set!

Ordered something online? No problem! Forward the emailed receipt to your debit card account (instructions will be provided) and the receipt is attached to your purchase.
